Joseph Honan joined Blueprint Supply Chain in July 2025, bringing with him a well-rounded background in crane and rigging, logistics, construction operations, and ministry leadership. He began his career with Barnhart Crane and Rigging in 2016, spending four years in the field and one year in logistics, where he developed a strong operational foundation and firsthand understanding of project execution. He later served in sports ministry at Grace Evangelical Church, an experience that strengthened his leadership and heart for serving others. Additional roles in concrete and commercial painting further expanded his industry perspective before ultimately returning to the Kingdom Companies.

He is known as a strong communicator, innovative thinker, and diligent worker who thrives on problem-solving and collaboration. A natural relationship-builder with a big personality, he enjoys connecting with others and fostering meaningful partnerships that drive results.

Born and raised in Memphis, TN, he and his wife Camille are proud parents of four daughters (ages 6, 4, and 1-year-old twins). Outside of work, he enjoys serving at church, playing disc golf, and spending quality time with his family at the zoo, parks, and local museums.
