Jamie Arneson
Strategic Business Development Manager
Having joined the BluePrint Supply Chain team in January of 2026, James brings a well-rounded background rooted in both education and hands-on industry experience.
He holds a degree in Industrial Technology and pre-engineering from Northern State University, and spent the previous 12 years managing customer relations for a John Deere Construction equipment dealer in northeast South Dakota — working with everyone from individual owner-operators to federal government contracts.
That foundation gave him a deep appreciation for the construction and supply chain world, and he channels that passion into his current role through strong organization, a genuine love of meeting new people, and a natural curiosity about the companies and individuals he works with.
He understands firsthand one of the industry's most pressing challenges: the ongoing struggle to find skilled workers both on the ground and within supply chain operations — and he sees BluePrint's ability to act as an extension of a client's operations team as a true differentiator in coordinating mission-critical equipment.
Outside of work, he and his family live on an 8-acre hobby farm in Westport, SD, sharing the land with deer, pheasants, a 150-pound Dobermann, and a 40-pound Beagle. The family is gearing up for an exciting move to Memphis, Tennessee — bringing him closer to the BluePrint office and, he's quick to note, far away from those five-to-six-month South Dakota winters and closer to a much longer motorcycle riding season.
