Gauge Smith joined BluePrint Supply Chain in 2025 as a Project Coordinator, bringing extensive field experience and a strong foundation in construction logistics. Before joining BPSC, he worked as an Ironworker Logistics Foreman on the Blue Oval City project in Stanton, TN, and as a Project Coordinator/Welder on the XAI Data Center project in Memphis. He is currently completing his degree in Construction Management at National American University, further developing his skills in leadership and materials management.

Gauge is bilingual and proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel, enabling him to streamline workflows and improve communication across diverse teams. His background in ironwork and welding provides practical insight into project sequencing and safety.

Outside of work, Gauge enjoys spending time with his family, staying active outdoors, and maintaining a regular workout routine. Fitness plays a big role in helping him stay focused and motivated.
