Drew brings a strong background in engineering, operations, and process improvement to the team. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis and spent three years with Smith & Nephew and seven years with Nike as an engineer. Throughout his career, he has worked in complex, fast-paced manufacturing and supply chain environments, leading initiatives that improved efficiency and generated significant cost savings. His strengths include bringing teams together, maintaining organization and focus around shared goals, and driving operational improvements that create measurable results.

As the data center construction industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace, Drew recognizes both the opportunities and challenges of operating in what he describes as the industry's "wild west" phase. Outside of work, he enjoys renovating houses and exploring smart home technology alongside his wife, Ashley, whom he married in 2019. Together, they are raising their 1.5-year-old daughter. A former collegiate track athlete at the University of Memphis, he remains passionate about sports and is an avid college football fan.
