Pre-Mobilization Planning: First-Mile Haul
Our Pre-Mobilization Planning sets the stage for a smooth and efficient first-mile haul.
We work closely with all key stakeholders—manufacturers, site managers, contractors, engineers, and vendors—to ensure every detail is aligned before the first load departs.

Our process includes:
  1. Assigning a Program Manager and meeting with all stakeholders to understand transport goals and key details
  2. Reviewing drawings of the equipment being moved and special handling instructions from the manufacturer
  3. Having the Program Manager visit the manufacturer to meet with the production manager & lay eyes on the item.
  4. Selecting the proper equipment and operators based on item specifications.
  5. Developing a comprehensive route plan and securing necessary permits and permissions.
By addressing all details upfront, we ensure that your equipment is safely and efficiently transported from the start.
Mobilization & Execution: First-Mile Haul
We remain actively involved as your advocate, proxy, & problem solver, ensuring every project stays on course.

Our process includes:
  1. A BluePrint Representative physically inspects the equipment prior to pick-up.
  2. The assigned Program Manager will be onsite at the manufacturer for the first pickup and thereafter as needed.
  3. Real-time communication and tracking are established between the operator and all stakeholders
  4. Items are inspected, the BOL is reviewed, and all permits and paperwork are verified prior to departure.
  5. The driver confirms arrival at the destination, and items are re-inspected for damage before delivery is confirmed.
